Answers to the most frequently asked questions about our modules and licenses

1. What modules do you offer?

We develop our own modules for the DataLife Engine (DLE) CMS, focused on performance, security, and modern requirements. All modules are tested for compatibility and stability.

2. What is included in the different plans?

We offer three license options:
  • Standard — no updates, basic support, active download link for 3 days;
  • Extended — 12 months of updates, priority support, link active for 1 year;
  • Premium — lifetime updates, installation, customization, unlimited support.

3. How many sites can I use with one license?

Any license allows you to use the module on an unlimited number of sites belonging to you or your project.

4. Is it possible to get a refund after purchase?

Since modules are digital goods, refunds are not possible.
< Exception: if the module does not match the description or does not work, and the issue cannot be resolved on our side.

5. How is payment made?

At the moment, we only accept cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.).
If you do not have the ability to pay in cryptocurrency, contact us and we will offer an alternative.

6. How will I receive the module after purchase?

Immediately after payment, you will receive a link to download the ZIP archive.
The link validity period depends on the license (from 3 days to unlimited).

7. Do you provide support?

Yes, support is included in all plans:
  • On site Standard — basic (within 7 days);
  • On site Extended and Premium — priority;
  • On site Premium — additional consultations and help with installation/adaptation are included.

8. Can I modify the module code?

Yes. All modules are supplied with open source code, and you can adapt them to your project's needs.

9. Can the module be transferred or resold?

No. Resale, transfer to third parties, and public distribution of modules are prohibited. More details — in User Agreement.
