User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the owner of the website dlemod.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) and any individual using the website dlemod.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

By visiting the website and/or purchasing products posted on the website, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, immediately stop using the resource.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The website dlemod.ru is an online platform for purchasing digital products — modules developed for the DataLife Engine (DLE) CMS.

1.2. All modules and add-ons presented on the website are the result of intellectual activity and are protected by copyright.

1.3. The products are developed and distributed by the Administration of the website under the DLEmod brand.

2. Purchase Terms

2.1. Payment is made exclusively in cryptocurrency (for example, USDT, BTC, ETH). If such an option is unavailable, the user may contact the Administration to discuss alternative payment methods.

2.2. After payment is confirmed, the User receives a link to download the purchased module.

2.3. Refunds are not possible, except in cases where:

  • the purchased product does not materially match the description on the website;

  • the module contains critical errors that make it completely inoperable, and the Administration does not provide a fix within a reasonable time.

2.4. The User is required to review the product description, technical requirements, and instructions independently before purchase.

3. License Terms

3.1. The purchased module is provided to the User on an “as is” basis and solely for personal or commercial use within one project.

3.2. The User is prohibited from:

  • distributing the module publicly or transferring it to third parties;

  • reselling or renting out the modules;

  • modifying or removing copyright notices;

  • using the modules to create competing products or services.

3.3. All rights to the software, including the source code, remain with the Administration.

4. Updates and Support

4.1. The User receives the right to updates for the purchased module in accordance with the selected license:

  • Standard License — does not include future updates after purchase.

  • Extended License — includes the right to receive updates for 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Premium License — provides perpetual access to all future updates. In addition, under this license, the buyer is granted an exclusive right to request a one-time free adaptation of the module to their reasonable requirements.

The license type is specified when placing the order and is recorded in the user account or in the accompanying email after purchase.

4.2. Support is provided through the feedback form on the website, by email, or via Telegram.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Administration is not responsible for:

  • use of the modules for unlawful purposes;

  • damage caused by incorrect installation or configuration of the module by the User;

  • incompatibility of the module with the User's individual site settings.

5.2. The Administration guarantees the absence of intentional malicious code in the provided software.

6. Confidentiality and Data Processing

6.1. The site does not collect personal data, except in cases where the User independently leaves contact information for feedback.

6.2. IP addresses, cookies, and other technical data may be automatically processed for the purposes of analytics and ensuring the security of the resource.

6.3. All information is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.4. When registering on the site, the User voluntarily provides an email address. The specified email may be used by the Administration to send service and informational messages, including but not limited to: notifications about the release of updates to purchased modules, information about new products, changes in functionality, and other news related to the site's activities.

6.5.The User has the right at any time to отказаться from receiving informational and promotional mailings by using the relevant link in the email or by contacting the Administration in any available way. Refusal of mailings does not affect the ability to use purchased products.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Administration reserves the right at any time to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on dlemod.ru.

7.2. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
